Tommy went above and beyond once again! He inspected my property, took care of scheduling repairs, he showed it to more than 40 prospective tenants within a month and was meticulous in screening the tenants to find the most qualified and trustworthy tenant, and he did just that! Tommy takes great pride in what he does and cares for my property as if it were his own. I never have to worry when he’s involved. Amazing! This is the 2nd set of great tenants, as the previous tenants, who were great as well decided to finally buy a home. Tommy is my go-to for everything! I highly recommend Tommy as he is proactive, problem solver, and is extremely easy to be around and to work with!! He also went above and beyond and helped me refinance and even showed up to let the appraiser in while I was at work, such a big help!! He always removes all the stress and burdens and makes everything possible. The list can go on and on!!

How do I say Tommy is awesome without listing the synonyms attributed to his amazingness. Over the past year I have had Tommy as my agent he has gone above and beyond to ensure both my wife and I found a property we both liked and that we could call our own for years to come. Needless to say, our tastes are very different but Tommy incredibly helped in our endeavor. For months on end he was remarkably patient as our (my wife's) taste evolved/changed into something that fit our modest budget. We viewed numerous properties and Tommy's years in industry helped us in knowing the right questions to ask sellers and a few times kept us from walking into what could have been a nightmare. We even had an issue once we found a property in which our lender could not meet the 3% down payment previously disclosed and our loan officer recommended us shopping to see if anyone could do it. Miraculously Tommy was able to find a lender who would give us 3% down on a conventional.

After almost a year of searching I am pleased to say that we are homeowners due to the guidance, support, help and now friendship of Tommy!

Tommy impressed us from our first call until he handed us the keys to our very first home. As a first time buyer, we were nervous about everything that goes into buying a new home, especially in what feels like a seller's market. Our nerves quickly wore off due to Tommy's constant support and impeccable service. Not once, during the time we worked together were we unable to get a hold of Tommy. No matter the time of day, no matter the issue, Tommy always answered our calls, and responded to our texts and emails, and with a positive attitude. He has worked on various sides of a real estate deal so he understands the process inside and out and knows someone for every situation. He knew what to look for when we viewed a house, and he never grew tired of seeing home after home with me and my family - and we saw A LOT, ALL OVER the LA area. Tommy was the epitome of the word professional when it came to my home buying needs. Thomas Powell is a determined individual. If we weren't happy, he wasn't happy! Thomas was available to answer our questions at virtually any time of the day (and sometimes, late into the evening), and never left us feeling that we were bothering him or asking ridiculous questions. We were a ways out of his area, but Thomas was always quick to arrange for us to see a home and then show up promptly to give us a tour.
